Keep Right
You must pass to the right of the traffic island, median or obstruction ahead.

What to do
Stay in or move to the lane that goes to the right of the divider. Slow down if the lane shifts sharply, and do not try to squeeze past on the left side. Watch for the island itself, which may be hard to see at night.
Where you see it
At the start of a median, traffic island or other obstruction in the roadway, mounted on the island itself.
Test trap
This is a white regulatory sign, so it is an order, not a suggestion. Do not confuse it with the yellow Double Arrow warning sign, which lets you pass on either side.
Memory tip: Arrow slides past the island on the right — stay right.
